What affects the price

When you're looking at a new fireplace, the bottom line depends on a few specific things. First, are we working with an existing chimney or venting system, or does everything need to be built from scratch? The type of fuel matters too—gas, electric, or wood-burning units all carry different installation requirements. You also have to consider the finish work, like custom stonework, mantels, or drywall repairs around the unit. Labor complexity is the biggest factor here. We’ll get you the exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Installing a new fireplace involves choosing between gas, electric, or wood-burning units and integrating them into your living space. You might need this if you are renovating a room or want to upgrade an inefficient older model. The process covers site preparation, venting requirements, and hooking up fuel or power sources. Costs vary based on the unit type, existing venting, and the complexity of the masonry work. We provide exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

Installing a fireplace in the summer might seem unusual, but it is often the most efficient route. You avoid the peak-season rush, which usually means shorter wait times for an appointment. It is the perfect off-season project to ensure your home is ready long before the first chill of autumn hits. We can get the job done quickly while you focus on other home improvements.
