What affects the price

When you're looking at a new fireplace, the bottom line depends on a few specific things. First, are we working with an existing chimney or venting system, or does everything need to be built from scratch? The type of fuel matters too—gas, electric, or wood-burning units all carry different installation requirements. You also have to consider the finish work, like custom stonework, mantels, or drywall repairs around the unit. Labor complexity is the biggest factor here. We’ll get you the exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

A fireplace video is a digital consultation where we review your current setup remotely to assess feasibility before an in-person visit. You need this if you are in the early planning stages and want a professional opinion on whether a specific fireplace model will fit your space. This service helps us identify potential venting or gas line requirements early on. There is no cost for this initial assessment; exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

Installing a fireplace in the summer might seem unusual, but it is often the most efficient route. You avoid the peak-season rush, which usually means shorter wait times for an appointment. It is the perfect off-season project to ensure your home is ready long before the first chill of autumn hits. We can get the job done quickly while you focus on other home improvements.
