Electric fireplace installation cost — St. Petersburg, FL

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

When you're looking at a new fireplace, the bottom line depends on a few specific things. First, are we working with an existing chimney or venting system, or does everything need to be built from scratch? The type of fuel matters too—gas, electric, or wood-burning units all carry different installation requirements. You also have to consider the finish work, like custom stonework, mantels, or drywall repairs around the unit. Labor complexity is the biggest factor here. We’ll get you the exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

The price to install an electric fireplace is determined by the complexity of the mount and any electrical work needed. Recessed units that require framing and drywall repair typically cost more than simple wall-hung models. You may also see price changes if you choose a custom mantel or stone finish to complete the look. We assess your specific layout to give you a clear estimate. We provide exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

Installing a fireplace in the summer might seem unusual, but it is often the most efficient route. You avoid the peak-season rush, which usually means shorter wait times for an appointment. It is the perfect off-season project to ensure your home is ready long before the first chill of autumn hits. We can get the job done quickly while you focus on other home improvements.
